Feeder should remain open so that people can access businesses in the area. The connecting bridge on North Main is the main corridor between neighborhoods. The freeway floods already and the expansion could potentially exacerbate that. What is needed are safety improvements, including speed bumps on North Main to slow drives down and prevent crashes. The idea of a deck park is ridiculous because children should not play on top of a freeway.
